The first Home Show of 2022 was held on the 12th and 13th of March and it was a colourful event indeed. A show case of Ascend to Midstream luxury apartments, Retire@Midstream, brand new building packages in Midstream Heights and re-sale houses throughout the estate.
An impressive team of forty agents from Midteam Real Estate, Just Property and Realnet partnered with Bondev to host the home show with twelve different points that the public could visit to obtain information about the estate or to view properties for sale. A variety of properties ranging in price from R2.6 to R20 mill were on show over the two days of the home show and were introduced to a near 200 visitors.
The Home Show was a resounding success which was largely due to the combined marketing efforts from Bondev and the three partnering real estate companies who specialize in the estate. The marketing efforts included a television interview with Peet Botma by Dawie Roodt, on Ontbytsake and a follow up feature on the greater Midstream Estates which was aired on Kyknet Ontbytsake the following week. The feature on Ontbytsake presented the Midstream way of life and outlined the many features and facilities that make our estate unique in its value offering. Other marketing platforms like the Beeld, Rapport, Social media campaigns, Jakaranda radio advertisements, street pole-ads and billboards on the N1 highway were successful in attracting the public to visit the home show.
Together the energetic and enthusiastic team of agents received the visitors one by one, treating them with special care and ensuring that if they arrived as strangers to the estate they left feeling informed and at home! As residents of the estate you may well remember the overwhelming feeling of awe combined with a little confusion due to the sheer size and the vast number of facilities all within the estate boundaries.
