So we look towards tomorrow, ….. 2013,2014 with exciting new prospects. In 2012 Bondev Sold over 300 stands of which a large percentage have already completed their building projects and others are in the process of construction. Bondev Developments greatly appreciates the commitment of these builders and home owners to complete their projects timeously. Statistics between Nov 2011 and Nov 2012 shows the positive growth of Midlands Estate where the most development is currently happening. In Nov of 2011 there were 697 completed houses in Midlands and today there are 1012!! Retire@Midstream’s Full Title Houses literally doubled with 43 completed houses in Nov 2011 and 80 in Nov of 2012!! So too did the Sectional Title Units expand rapidly due to the high demand for quality Retirement Units. All in all the past year has had astounding successes in all the different areas of Midrand-Estates.
